Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy on our 3D printed products including change of mind, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, All the dimensions listed for 3D-printed products are the size of the CAD model. The actual size of the product may vary. Small variations (up to 2 mm) are not considered defects.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@etherealfilmstore.com. 

Shipping

We offer various shipping methods, with various speeds and prices. These options and prices can be seen during checkout. We do not offer x-ray free shipping. The shipping provider provides a basic time frame. These time frames are guides only and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. All 3D-printed products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order with 3D-printed products to be dispatched.

All items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), including Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax).
